All sessions begin with a physical therapy screening and examination with evaluation. Treatment and a plan of care with a home exercise program is also provided on the first visit. How to pay for PT services: Clients can self-pay with a check, credit card, or Health Savings Accounts (HSA or FSA) with many major insurance providers offering reimbursement for paid services (except Medicare). Although health insurance plans are not accepted, insurance plans with "out-of-network" benefits may reimburse you depending on your plan. Our team can provide you with a "superbill" so that you can file your claim on your own. Please contact your insurance company to verify your coverage. Medicare and Medicaid are not accepted with this form of reimbursement. Corporate insurance may offer reimbursement for services as well.
Continuation Program
If you’ve just finished normal PT but want to keep progressing, consider our continuation program. Our Doctors of Physical Therapy are also certified as personal and athletic trainers, so they can help safely progress your post-insurance exercise and recovery process. Many clients still have limitations and precautions after an injury or surgery; as such, it may be safer to work with one of our team members who is both a DPT and personal trainer. All sessions begin with a screening and assessment in your home or community gym in Estero. We will also work with your surgeon or past physical therapists to help facilitate a smooth transition.
