Ian the Terrible
Just a week and half ago our lives were changed across many parts of Florida. Our gorgeous homes and trees in the Naples, Bonita Springs, and Fort Myers areas got slammed by hurricane Ian. Ian further flooded much of central Florida and left Ponte Vedra and St Augustine with devastating beach erosion and flooding. Needless to say hurricane Ian was terrible for all of us, and our thoughts and prayers go out to the families and businesses impacted.
Physical Therapy After the Storm
We have had a major uptick in call regarding back pain, neck pain, and shoulder issues following the storm. Many people have found themselves lifting generators, dragging limbs, and checking roofs and ceilings for leaks. A lot of these movements are abnormal, awkward, and may be contributing to some of the conditions we have been seeing.
The best part of our team is that we are trained and ready for you! Our hands-on, one-on-one PT will help you get better faster.
